1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lendloft.io and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lend Loft, LLC ("Lend Loft").

2. Description of Services

Lend Loft, LLC is a software and education company. Lend Loft is not a mortgage lender or broker, does not make loans or take loan applications, and is not affiliated with any lender unless stated.

Lend Loft provides:

  • MLO Ops, subscription software that mortgage companies, branches, and team leaders use to manage their own loan officers (team roster, training, pipeline and production tracking, coaching, and recruiting workflows).
  • Lend Loft Academy, self-paced online sales and business-skills courses for loan officers and people preparing for a loan officer career.
  • Marketing and buyer-education software tools for real estate agents and teams.
  • Free educational content, including blog articles, a glossary, and an unofficial practice quiz.

Lend Loft does not offer mortgage loans, take loan applications, pre-qualify or pre-approve consumers, or refer or match consumers to lenders or loan officers. Mortgage companies that use MLO Ops remain solely responsible for their own licensing, origination activities, and consumer disclosures.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform. Business accounts must be opened by an authorized representative of the business. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Agent Program

The agent program provides software and marketing tools only. Lend Loft does not pay agents referral fees, commissions, or any other compensation, and nothing in the program is tied to referrals, loans, or closings.

5. Purchased Courses and Refunds

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or publicly display purchased content without written permission. Lend Loft courses and study materials are not NMLS-approved education and do not satisfy pre-licensing or continuing-education requirements. Complete required education with an NMLS-approved provider.

Refund policy — Academy courses: 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us at the contact details on our Contact page within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded purchases lose course access.

Refund policy — MLO Ops subscriptions: plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time in MLO Ops → Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue partial-month refunds.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription services (MLO Ops) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Notices

Lend Loft, LLC is a software and education company. Lend Loft is not a mortgage lender or broker, does not make loans or take loan applications, and is not affiliated with any lender unless stated. Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, a rate quote, or a loan approval. Users of the Platform remain solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable mortgage and real estate licensing laws (SAFE Act, state licensing requirements, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, and other applicable regulations).

8. Referral and Rewards Program

Lend Loft's referral program awards non-cash points and status recognition for eligible engagement activities. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold. No referral fee, kickback, or thing of value is offered or accepted in connection with the referral of settlement services.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including mortgage licensing and advertising laws.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Spam other users or submit fraudulent lead forms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course materials, templates, copy, graphics, and software — is owned by Lend Loft or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal license; it does not transfer ownership. "Lend Loft" and associated marks are trademarks of Lend Loft.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEND LOFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [HAZEN TO FILL IN: STATE OF FORMATION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [HAZEN TO FILL IN: COUNTY, STATE].

14. Changes to These Terms
