1. Who We Are

Lend Loft, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates lendloft.io and related subdomains. We provide team-performance software (MLO Ops), professional training (Lend Loft Academy), and marketing tools for mortgage and real estate professionals. Lend Loft, LLC is a software and education company. Lend Loft is not a mortgage lender or broker, does not make loans or take loan applications, and is not affiliated with any lender unless stated. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you submit a contact or interest form, create an account, or register for a free resource.
  • Business details such as company or team name, state, and NMLS company ID when you set up a business account.
  • Payment information when you purchase a course or subscription (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).

Information collected automatically:

  • Browser type, operating system, and device type.
  • Pages visited, referral source, and UTM parameters.
  • IP address and approximate geographic location.

3. Signing in with Google

If you choose "Sign in with Google," our authentication provider (Clerk) receives from Google your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We use this information only to create your Lend Loft account, verify your email address, and keep you signed in securely. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendar; we do not use Google user data for advertising; and we do not sell it or share it except with the service providers that operate sign-in for us. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Lend Loft from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting our Contact page.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and secure your account and respond to inquiries.
  • To send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, account notices) and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.
  • To deliver purchased courses and subscription features.
  • To analyze how the site is used and improve our products.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

5. Marketing Communications

When you submit a form or register for a free resource, you may receive follow-up emails related to what you requested. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact our Contact page to be removed from all marketing lists. Transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets, account notices) will still be sent regardless of marketing opt-out.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers: authentication (Clerk), email delivery (Mailgun), payment processing (Stripe), AI and analytics tools, and hosting providers, solely to operate our services.
  • Your organization: if your company administers your MLO Ops account, your company's administrators can see your account and activity in that workspace.
  • Legal requirements: We will disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory request.

We do not share your information with lenders or loan officers for marketing or lead purposes.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain session state, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly without them.

8. Data Retention

We keep account and form data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information (except where retention is required by law) by contacting our Contact page. If you previously submitted information through a borrower form that Lend Loft no longer offers, you can request its deletion the same way.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted data storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, contact our Contact page.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
