Lend Loft, LLC is a software and education company. We sell MLO Ops, team-performance software for licensed mortgage companies, and Lend Loft Academy, self-paced professional training for loan officers. We also offer marketing tools for real estate teams.

Is Lend Loft a lender or mortgage broker?

No. Lend Loft is not a mortgage lender or broker, does not make loans or take loan applications, and is not affiliated with any lender unless stated. If you need a mortgage, work with a licensed lender or loan officer — you can verify any license at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

Does Lend Loft pay real estate agents for referrals?

No. Lend Loft does not pay referral fees, co-marketing fees, or any compensation tied to a loan. Our agent tools are software only: co-branded marketing content, a buyer-education library, and client follow-up reminders.

Do Lend Loft Academy courses count toward NMLS pre-licensing or CE?

No. Academy courses are self-paced sales and study-skills training. They are not NMLS-approved education and do not satisfy pre-licensing or continuing-education requirements. Complete required education with an NMLS-approved provider.

Does Lend Loft sponsor or employ loan officers?

No. Lend Loft does not hold an NMLS license and does not sponsor, employ, or hold the license of any loan officer. Our software is used by licensed companies to coach and manage their own teams.

How much does MLO Ops cost?

What is your refund policy?

Lend Loft Academy courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support within 30 days of purchase. MLO Ops subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stop renewing at the end of the current billing period; we do not issue partial-month refunds. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
