How does the free trial work?+
You get 14 days with no credit card. Pick a plan from Billing in MLO Ops whenever you're ready.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Paid features pause until you choose a plan. Your company's records are kept, and your account and billing pages stay available.
What counts toward the loan-officer limit?+
Each loan-officer profile on your roster, including invited loan officers who haven't accepted yet. The company owner's admin account doesn't count.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. You can cancel any time from Billing in MLO Ops. See our Terms for the refund policy.
Is MLO Ops a loan origination system?+
No. MLO Ops runs alongside your LOS to manage your team, pipeline visibility, licensing and marketing. Lend Loft is a software company, not a lender or broker.
